I’m Catherine Nguyen, the proud owner of Integrity Care & Staffing.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My family was unable to provide care for my grandfather as we lived far away. Fortunately, a friend introduced us to a service where we could arrange to have a loving and trained caregiver look after him. The experience inspired me to open up a caregiver staffing agency.

I had already been working in a senior care environment since leaving high school, so I was confident that I could make it work. Consequently, in 2010, I launched my home care services in Seattle.

Over the past decade, I’ve noticed that we’re facing a shortage of caregivers due to an aging population. Also, COVID-19 has created a situation where older people feel safer to stay at home instead of going into assisted living. So right now, demand is outweighing supply.

I feel blessed to provide people with the best quality of life in a place where they call home. I also strive to meet the different needs of individuals as I recognize that they are all unique.

Besides, I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my compassion. As I couldn’t take care of my grandparents when they weren’t able to look after themselves, I now treat my clients like they are my grandparents.

I also attribute my success to maintaining a seamless operation where I can quickly provide staff (often on the same day) for my clients, which provides peace of mind to their families.

As a result, when I can take care of my clients to the best of my ability and make them feel comfortable, it fills me with immense satisfaction.

I am happy that my business keeps me on my feet. However, when I get some downtime, I enjoy traveling and cooking.

I’ve enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
